What area do you service on the Big Island?
We service North Kona and South Kohala on the Big Island of Hawaii which covers from Kohala Ranch to Kohanaiki. We are happy to service the North Kohala, Hawi area, Waimea or South Kona, Holualoa area if our schedule allows. Give us a call if you are in these outside areas.

How do I rent the equipment I need?

How far in advance can I order?
We highly recommend placing your order weeks or months in advance as it allows us to save the merchandise for your selected dates. Ordering for the Christmas and New Year is critical to ensure your items are available.
What happens after I place an order?
Online orders receive immediate confirmation. Phone or emails orders will be handled within 24 hours with confirmation. Our drivers will deliver your order prior to your arrival and pick it up after you depart. During the busy season, this might be difficult but we will have your order the day you arrive.
What if I don’t know the address where we are staying?
The Property Manager will know the address of your vacation rental home or condo. We have the address for all hotels.
What is the minimum purchase amount?
There is no minimum purchase.
How can I pay for my rental order?
We accept all major credit cards that includes VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS and DISCOVER. We
accept international cards too!
When am I charged?
You are charged right away to secure the order. If you call in your order, we charge one week in advance of arrival.
What are the terms for renting from you?

There’s something I need that isn’t on your site. What can I do?
We will do our best to accommodate your request, just give us a call and if we can find it, we will delivery it!
I accidentally ordered the wrong thing? How do I change my order?
Give us a call with your order information and we will update your order and confirm.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund will be made with a cancellation made at least 48 hours prior to the delivery date. All orders canceled within
48 hours will be charged 50% of the original order. Early returns will not be refunded.
What are your delivery fees?
Our delivery fee includes, packing, drop off, set-up, breakdown, pick up of products and fuel surcharge.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW
What if I need products delivered to several different places?
Give us a call and we can deliver to different properties within the same resort area for no additional cost.
Will I receive the exact item in the pictures?
All About Babies rental gear is from respected manufactures and top quality. Unless model/manufacture are specified, you’ll receive similar items pictured. The pictures represent the type of items we provide but are not exact in all pictures.
Can my items be dropped off at a hotel?
Sure! We deliver to all the hotels along the Kohala Coast. We drop off equipment at the bell desk (required by the hotels) who deliver the items to your room. There is a transfer fee for the bell desk required. Upon your departure, you are required to have the bell desk pick-up the items and have them at the desk for our pickup. Do not leave them in the room, they could get lost and you would be responsible for them.
Do I need to be present for delivery or pickup?
No, you do not. We will work with the bell desk at hotels and your property manager for entry to your rental home or condo.
I need my equipment longer than I anticipated! What should I do?
Give us a call so we can confirm that we can extend the rental of your items.
Equipment and Safety?
All equipment is bought new by All About Babies ‘n Beaches. Every product is registered with manufacture and we
monitor recall information on the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission website. Any re-called equipment is
Will I be responsible for replacing lost or stolen items?
Yes, you will need to pay the full value to replace the item, shopping time, travel time, etc.
What condition should I return equipment?
We will clean and sanitize equipment after each use. We do ask you help keep our equipment in good shape by cleaning up spills or accidents when they occur to prevent permanent damage/stains. You are responsible for any damaged equipment and/or additional cleaning fees if returned and not normal use.
What if the items get damaged?
You can purchase damage coverage insurance beforehand. Notify us of any damages so we can see if it is able to be repaired. If it cannot be repaired, and you did not purchase insurance, you will be responsible for the full value of the item.
PRODUCT CLEANING & INSTALLATION
Do you sanitize and clean the equipment before you rent it out?
This is most important to us! We pride ourselves in the quality and cleanliness of our products. We use organic, fragrantfree eco-friendly cleaners on all products. We steam clean and sanitize all items prior to rental. We inspect our items to ensure you are getting the best quality for your family. We clean our items when they arrive at the warehouse and before they depart. We follow Centers for Disease Control Guidelines.
Do you install car seats?
No, we do not for liability reasons.
Do you assemble cribs/bed and make them?
Yes, we do. We will ask, prior to arrival, if you want us to install the bumper pads, as some people do not like them. We also like to know which bedroom you would like the crib, aero bed, toddler bed, pac ‘n play.
What is your cleaning fee?
The cleaning fee is a mandatory fee of $8.00 for the cleaning of all items used for your rental. This is for normal use.
Extraordinary cleaning will be an additional charge and if it cannot be cleaned, you are responsible for the full value of the item.
What are your hours?
There is NO store front to come into. You can call us from 9:00am to 6:00pm (HST), seven days a week. You can also email us using our “contact us” form on the website or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have patience as we do not answer the phone while driving. We will return your call within 24 hours.
Personal pickup and return can be arranged by appointment.
Pickups can be arranged by appointment. Pickup will depend on our schedule and your arrival time. We meet near the Post Office in Waikoloa Village. Their is a nominal cost of $10 for this service. Wait time is a maximum of 15 minute. Please ensure you call as you come up Waikoloa Road turning at the Blue Hawaiian Helicopter pad.
What if my snorkel gear does not fit?
Masks for snorkel gear is either large (adult) or small (child). Fins are typically your shoe size unless you have a wider or narrower foot. Our fins are full shoe style (no adjustment). We have both adult and child size masks.
Can we order beach equipment for the day?
Yes. Due to our delivery schedule, we will need to make specific arrangement for you to pick up and return the equipment. One of our staff will meet you at the Highlands Shopping Center (near the Post Office), in Waikoloa Village. We will process your order in advance, so a no show will be charged for the equipment with no refund. We can only extend our wait time 15 minutes so if there are any problems you must call us. There is a $10 charge for personal pickups.
